Christmas Concert Ticket Sales:
We are very excited to share that tickets will soon be released for our K-4 Christmas concert. As our school is so large, we will be holding 3 shows: Dec. 18 at 6:00 p.m. and Dec.19 at 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Each family will be able to reserve 2 tickets to just 1 of the shows in order to allow all families equal access to the show. Our grade 5-7 students will be an added performance during the 1:00 pm performance on the 19th. They will be sharing some French songs they have been working on.
In order to have fair access for all families to ticket sales, the only way to purchase tickets will be online using the Coyote Creek PAC Hot Lunch Site at https://coyotecreekpac.hotlunches.net/
Please be sure to sign up to the site well ahead of time and confirm that your log in information is correct. If you normally use paper forms for hot lunch, your family specific log in is attached to this ticket notice (it is important you use this as you cannot create a new account). If you have not created your family log in, now is the time to do so.
Ticket sales will commence on the PAC hot lunch website beginning Dec. 9 at 9:00 a.m. on a first come, first served basis. Due to fire regulations, we only have 300 tickets available for each show. Families are restricted to reserving 2 tickets per family for 1 show. Please do not reserve tickets to more than one show as all tickets will be cancelled. Tickets are not available at the door. Ticket reservations will close on Friday, Dec.13th at 2:00 p.m. Starting Monday, Dec.16th at 9:00 am, all unreserved tickets will be offered with no number restriction.
As we have funds left over from last year to cover our production costs, there is no cost for tickets this year. We do ask that families bring a non-perishable food item for the Surrey Food Bank as their admission to the performance.
Front Row Seat Raffle:
Can’t see anything from the back of the gym? Find those plastic seats uncomfortable? How about 2 front row, comfy leather seats instead? As a fundraiser to send our grade 7 students to camp, we will hold a raffle for two front seats at each of our 4 shows. Tickets will be $2 cash at the door. We will make the draw just before the show begins.
