Dec.5- Santa Photo Food Bank Fundraiser:
Santa was so impressed with the Coyote Creek’s Community’s generosity last year that he has decided to visit us once again this year to take pictures with our students! Students from Kindergarten to grade 4 will get to take their photo and visit with Santa between 8:45am and 12:10pm. Each student will receive a free 4×6 photo with Santa in return for a donation to the food bank (non-perishable food items or monetary). Last year our school donated over 500 lbs of food and $1000!
For a $5 or more cash donation, we will be happy to email your child’s photo to you. Please fill out the form that was sent home with your child and send it with your child on Wednesday, December 5th with the donation attached.
Students from grades 5 to 7 that would like their photo taken with Santa can come by during recess, lunch hour, or during class time with the permission of their teacher.
Christmas Concert Ticket Sales: Online sales only
We are very excited to share that tickets will soon be on sale for our Christmas concert. As our school is so large, we will be holding 4 shows: Dec. 19 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and Dec.20 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Each family will be able to purchase 2 tickets to just 1 of the shows in order to allow all families equal access to the show. The following Monday, any unsold tickets will be available on a first come basis.
In order to have fair access for all families to ticket sales, the only way to purchase tickets will be online using the Coyote Creek PAC Hot Lunch Site at https://coyotecreekpac.hotlunches.net/
Please be sure to sign up to the site well ahead of time and confirm that your log in information is correct. If you normally use paper forms for hot lunch, watch for your family specific log in coming to you attached to our ticket notice. If you have not created your family log in, now is the time to do so.
Ticket sales will commence on the PAC hot lunch website on Dec.10 at 9:00 a.m. on a first come, first served basis. Due to fire regulations, we only have 300 tickets available for each show. No tickets will be available at the door and you must provide your ticket for admittance.
Ticket prices will be $3.00 per ticket to cover our production costs. If there are any left over funds, they will be used to purchase school items that benefit the entire school population.
Front Row Seat Raffle:
Can’t see anything from the back of the gym? Find those plastic seats uncomfortable? How about 2 front row, comfy leather seats instead? As a fundraiser to send our grade 7 students to camp, we will hold a raffle for two front seats at each of our 4 shows. Tickets will be $2 cash at the door and we will make the draw just before the show begins.
Food Bank Donations:
We are beginning our food drive with our Santa Photo Fundraiser next week. We will continue to accept non-perishable food donations up to and including at the door of the Christmas Concert.
